Employment Requirements
The primary prerequisites are maturity, interest and stamina.Applicants must be 18 years or older, have an intense desire to learn, work hard and develop into a professional member of the Inner Quest staff. Although training in CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First-aid can be provided in house, Inner Quest prefers applicants have current Red Cross qualifications in First aid, CPR, and Water Safety or Life guarding. Experience in backpacking, rock-climbing and spelunking is desirable, but not necessary. Applicants who have or are pursuing a college degree are preferred.
